Please be aware that a pin number for our entry gate is required and issued on payment for your stay with us.

Please phone ahead as you will require a pin number for entry, sharing the pin number is prohibited.

  1. Speed limit  not to EXCEED 5 Km/h IDLE IN FIRST GEAR ONLY (walking speed) from front entrance off Mt. Beerwah Rd..
  2. All stays in this TOURIST CARAVAN & CAMPING PARK will be of a short term nature and no casual, permanent or lease agreement is implied, verbally or in writing (max 7 nights for this contract) This holiday stay is not under rental tenancy authority.
  3. All Fees are payable in advance and include GST (No Refunds - No Rain checks we have no control over the weather).
  4. A coin operated washing machine is provided.
  5. All vehicles to be registered and Gas, Electrical cert, to be produced if required.
  6. Drunkenness and noisy behavior (musical, car, No generators), domestic arguments, use of illegal drugs deemed by manager will not be tolerated and will be asked to leave the premises without refund.
  7. Supervision of Teenagers & Children is the responsibility of Parents, Carers or Guardians. 
  8. Smokers are responsible for the removal of cigarette butts.
  9. All fees payable by way of cash on the day of commencement of your stay or prepaid on line. The start of a new day is 10am and identification is required, eg. drivers license or other form of ID is required.
  10. No Visitors, Campers only.
  11. Carers are responsible for supplying torches or light source for the safe movement of their charges around the campsite at night.
  12. No maintenance, repairs or services to vehicles or business activities to be carried out on these premises.
  13. Campers to the site are to maintain a clean, healthy & safe environment at their allocated area at all times.
  14. No open fires or wood fired cooking permitted on your allocated site. (Gas cooking appliances excepted). There are 5 Fire Pit Areas throughout the grounds for communal use (you may ask for a site adjacent to a firepit area) seasonal fire restrictions apply.
  15. Site is for tourism only and storage of items is not permitted.
  16. All emergencies and incidents are to be reported to the office immediately without delay and an incident report to be written in detail.
  17. There is a caravan waste dump facility at this site.
  18. Use of unregistered vehicles on this site is prohibited and no washing down of vehicles on site.
  19. All water sources on site are unsuitable for drinking. Drinking water is available at water tank near office. (Max 20 litre bottle only, no vehicles).
  20. Fire wood will be organic woods, only 400mm long, No cutting of any wood on camp grounds,eg No chain saws, Axes  or Tomahawks.
  21. Wood to be sited by management and kept at your camp site. Fire wood available at office.
  22. Children thirteen years and over pay adult rates. This is based on high cost of effluent processing and water use.
  23. Rules of camping ground to be signed on ARRIVAL at Office.

Since this is a Tourist Camping Facility please remember that your fellow campers will be on holiday and try to make this as enjoyable as possible. Camping Grounds can be dangerous. Whilst every effort is taken by management to minimize risks to campers, by signing this agreement you acknowledge and undertake (both for themselves and those with you) and they will indemnify the business from and against all and any claims of whatsoever nature arising from their use of these facilities
